Tink what about ordinary dvd? Not everyone has Blu-Ray. They had better not only be releasing this movie on Blu-Ray.

I hope The Losers become available on dvd to buy in NZ soon. I really want this movie in my collection for obvious reasons!!!

Some really recent movies that were showing at the cinema here not very long ago are available to buy on dvd where I live already.

I hope dvd players do not become obsolete soon and are totally replaced by Blu-ray players.

We have not had our video/dvd combo player for very long.

I have no idea what blu ray is, I just see them in stores, but I have a new DVD player and recorder, I
tried to read up on them, but it looks like Blu ray will not play on them. From what I read almost all
companies are not be going to be making DVD's anymore! That means it wont play on my computer
either. Or maybe I didn't understand all the technical talk.

The Losers movie scene Warner has set The Losers forDVD and Blu-ray release on July 20.

An action movie, The Losers is about an elite Special Forces team that becomes the target of a deadly double cross stars an ensemble of well known faces: Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen), Zoe Saldana (Avatar), Chris Evans (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World), Idris Elba (Obsessed), Columbus Short (Armored) and Jason Patric (My Sister’s Keeper).

The PG-13 movie grossed $23 million in theaters.

The DVD, priced at $28.98, will include the featurette “Zoe and the Losers.”

The Blu-ray ($35.99) will come as a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack with digital copy. The special features on this version will be:

* “Band of Buddies OPS Training”
* “The Losers: Action-Style Storytelling”
* deleted scene

Jett it WILL be BOTH DVD and Blu ray. I don't think that there will be ONLY Blu ray being released any time soon.

I think it means what you mean by soon. Look how fast things have c hanged, I was the last person to
get a CD player and that was no good for movies. I still don't even like CD's, I'd rather stay with VHS
tapes. I had to get a DVD camcorder which is about 100 times worse than my old VHS carry on your
shoulder ones. It was so heavy and yet I used it for years and got great movies. Now I don't even take
home movies on DVD, it doesn't even have a flash, but I thought it probably doesn't need one because
the VHS one could pick out the darkest corner in the house and record perfectly, I never had to use
the flash. Now I'm stuck with not even having the option.

Yeah, sometimes progress doesn't seem like progress at all. As long as the new fangled machines run the old formats I'm happy. I still have a VHS player as well as a cassette player so I don't have to re-buy everything. Although, I must admit the picture quality on my son's Blue Ray player is much better than on my DVD player. Until my DVD player dies, I'll just be an old fuddy-duddy and keep watching my 'old fashioned' movies.

Only 4 more days until The Losers is released in both regular DVD and Blue Ray. I can't wait!!!
